GUIDE TO CREATIVE POSITIONS

Account Supervisor / Account Manager

You will manage Account Executives and handle high-profile clients. Your job involves project management, relationship building, strategic planning, sales and cross-sales support, product development, customer service, logistics, and marketing.

Multi-tasking is your super power, and as a creative thinker, you are able to put yourself in your clients’ shoes to deliver the best-suited solutions for each of their needs.

In larger agencies, you might first become an Account Supervisor and then progress to Account Manager, but the roles and responsibilities are similar and interchangeable in smaller agency settings.
