Temp-To-Hire - 40hrs per week

Hourly Rate: $42.00/hr. Once converted to Full Time, Salary will be $80-85k

Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our client's marketing efforts at a top Caribbean resort. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and
support to achieve departmental goals.
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of digital marketing efforts and
make recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and
creative, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the
successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, tracking expenses and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related
field; Master's degree preferred.
5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in
developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated experience leading and motivating teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including
SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-
making and optimization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business objectives.
