Job Description:
An online fashion retail company is looking for a talented Shopify eCommerce Specialist to join their California based team and grow within the fashion luxury industry. This is a full-time and in-house position, an amazing opportunity for a mid-level e-commerce specialist to further the career.

As a Shopify eCommerce Specialist you will:
- Be owner of the look&feel and functionality of the websites
- Work cross functionally with other departments (Design and development) improving performance of the websites
- Be responsible for planning and executing plans to optimize sites for SEO
- Create and maintain an affiliate marketing network
- Be responsible for A/B Test to optimize conversion and other KPIs overall the site
- Identify opportunities and adapt product listing supporting upsells and cross-sells
- Create digital strategies using tools such as Google, Yahoo, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Amazon Seller Central among others
- Research market trends, products, services and technology developments to keep up to date and find new possibilities towards business objectives
- Analyze traffic metrics, reports, suggest proactively improvements and identify new opportunities
- Build strong relationships and brand presence through social media
- Design and implement email campaigns and conversations (promotional, cart abandonment, etc) always updated with the brands audience preferences
- Work together with with creative team to optimize customer experience and leverage digital communication, aassets and quality

Our ideal Shopify eCommerce Specialist has these skills and experience:
- +2 years of experience working with Shopify
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, abandoned cart emails
- Strong understanding and experience with paid social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
- Ability to work with many different departments and multiple projects
- Problem-solver, proactive and self starter with ownership skill be able to work independently from start to finish
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Quick learner and multitask
- Flexibility to take tasks outside the job description when needed
- Motivated, willing to improve overall effectiveness and
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and posting dates
- Detail oriented and able to think critically
