Job Description:
An innovative banking app focused on small business is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team full time and be part of the movement that is shaping the new way of delivering financial services.

As a Social Media Manager you will work close to Growth, Design and Brand Marketing teams and report to the Head of Brand Marketing. This role is responsible for creating and managing social media strategies for social channel growth, collaborating with the company's storytelling and branding.

As a Social Media Manager you will:

-Design and implement social media strategies and campaigns

-Manage day-to-day posts across all social media channels

-Create best in class content

-Execute social media assets for campaigns and activations

-Track and analyze results and share with teams

-Partner with Customer Care team to serve the company’s clients who contact via social channels

-Create and maintain content calendar to organize multiple channels and coherent storytelling

-Provide insights and on-brand opportunities while monitoring trends and best practices

Our ideal Social Media Manager will have these skills and experience:

- 5+ years of experience with social media communication and marketing

-Social Media lover: live and breathe social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Quora)

-Able to build a dedicated and loyal community and turn fans into advocates

-Master in content creating: from social to video to blogging, autonomously and quickly

-Understanding of art and copy and ability to join up with a creative team to make disruptive work

-Ability to think beyond day to day posts and assembling longer-term strategies that contribute to the brands storytelling and build up

-Open minded, don’t see barriers to make things happen

-Creative problem solver and hands-on attitude

-Proven record of major following on at least one social media

-Experience in social media, content, or community marketing for an undeniably cool brand

-Experience in creating viral digital content

-Experience in creating/hosting or featured on a known podcast or have written articles for a major publication
