Job Description:
A fast-growing, nationally known outdoor & camping brand is looking for a Video Production Manager to join their team full-time, in a cultura that always empowers great people to do great work.
As a Video Production Manager, you will be responsible for always bringing new ideas of how to manage, create and produce interesting video assets and production processes having in mind the business goals. The videos will present the product, show it’s key-benefits and features. In this role you will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Creative Services.

As a Video Production Manager you will:
-Work closely with other teams as Marketing, Advertising and other Productions, ensuring all creative video production is aligned with strategies
-Develop creative solutions that result in stakeholder satisfaction and contribute to business goals
-Manage communication and work of the Video Production department with Advertising, Marketing and -Media Buying teams
-Manage daily tasks and deliverables for the Video Production team
-Ensure the quality and consistency across all projects are aligned with brand standards and business objectives
-Collaborate with leadership to resolve project-related issues; as well as escalate larger project issues and possible risks to applicable teams
-Manage urgencies, leading the team with calm and confidence
-Review video work, troubleshoot and provide direct feedback to video producers
-Be an inspiring leader of a video producers team through management, planning and development of creative videos, as well as cultivate the career development of team members

Our ideal Video Production Manager has these skills and experience:

-Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Communications, Video Production, Marketing or other related creative field
-5+ Years video experience
-Min 2+ Years experience in video production project management
-Account Management or Project Management experience
-Experience in leading teams
-Ability to work in a multi-department environment and also independently
-Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and priorities
-Be data and results driven with analytical thinking
-Creative, collaborative, positive attitude and ethics
-Hands-on, proactive in finding answers and solutions
-Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
-Able to travel: Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
