Job Description:
A growing global corporate communications marketing agency seeks a fulltime, hybrid (remote and onsite) Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity working with global brands in an international environment.

As Project Manager, you will partner with the Account/Client/Creative Services teams ensuring delivery excellence and resource optimization. The focus is the organization and operation of processes guaranteeing the deliveries are made on time, optimizing resources and profitability. Project manager will work closely with colleagues and resources in CA, NY and the UK.

As a Project Manager you will:
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle to an exceptionally high standard " budgets, project plans, briefs (writing and delivering), internal workflows, timelines, and margins of jobs, managing internal stakeholders, managing third party suppliers.
- Be responsible for making certain projects are moving forward in effective and efficient way
- Be able to collaborate effectively and in a timely manner with colleagues across different time zones " West Coast and East Coast (US), London (UK).
- Be well adapted and comfortable with, experienced with direct client contact and management of client relationships
- Manage timelines, internal budgets, time action plans, project deliverables and overseeing the project
organization making sure that timing and deliverables are clearly defined and executed
- Internal partner and support to Account/Client services team
- Tie-in and share communication between all departments across the agency
- Day to day, ongoing project management of digital, branding, web, film projects
- Manage daily schedules and follow-up deliverables, teams, workflows, keeping track on deadlines, progress and effective results
- Organize and lead weekly status meetings
- Oversee asset procurement from client and third-party vendors according to needs
- Manage timelines, quality and completion of deliveries
- Catalogue and save final campaign assets, maintain historical knowledge of previous campaigns that have come through the agency for learning and recommendation
- Identify possible project risks and providing contingency plans
- Define and create new processes as needed adapting to optimization
- Develop and maintain high level of team effectiveness
- Mentor and guide team members
- Understanding of all department roles and responsibilities

The ideal Project Manager has these skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a project manager or account executive role in an advertising/marketing/communications industry managing productions and executions (agency experience preferred)
- Excellent understanding of time management tools
- Able to communicate creative brief and creative needs for a projects
- Full 360 project management experience in delivering programs in B2B, B2C, retail, CPG, digital, tech, or more
- Hands-on skill set, detailed and results oriented
- Experience in managing content, digital and film/video projects.
- Able to manage deliveries on time and within budget
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to develop strong relationships with other departments
- Experience in project management systems " Paprika, Synergist, Salesforce etc.
