GUIDE TO CREATIVE POSITIONS
When it comes to a project, you are the authority to reckon with – and the center of attention among the account, creative, and production teams.
You’ll coordinate people and processes, perform risk management, develop project scopes and action plans, obtain approvals, set deadlines, coordinate resource allocation, schedule press checks, track project performance, manage vendor relations from bids to final delivery, provide updates, and even attend meetings for the Account Executive.
Your background involves management and business skills, as well as budgeting and analysis. For technical project management roles, computer science or engineering is a must, with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Overall, you make sure that every project is delivered on time, budget and scope, making the creative process run a lot smoother – and that’s no easy feat!
